SCHOOL TOILETS
Primary to Higher secondary school environments
must have washrooms that are safe and hygienic and
these first impressions will aid a child’s personal
development.
Currently, most of the municipal schools manage the sanitary requirements at the school with very primitive and ill-maintained toilets for the students as well as for the faculty members. Hence, to support providing more effective and hygienic sanitation facilities, the AIF Board conceived the subject School toilet Project. Not only this project augurs well with the overall objective of the Trust (improving the awareness in the civic and health areas), but also perfectly aligns with the country’s premier project of Swaach Bharath.
The e- toilets would be installed at the Municipal schools that we had patronized as part of the flood-relief project, December 2015 in Cuddalore district.
For the e-toilet Project AIF requests friends to be generous and donate towards our endeavor to provide for better health ,hygiene and sanitation facilities to the underprivileged children for the rural areas in Tamil Nadu, India.
